My Trip to the Philippines
24 November 2005 – 3 December 2005
In late November, I visited Liezel and her family in the Philippines
province of Batangas. I had a very nice
vacation, and did quite a bit of sightseeing including horseback riding, seeing
a volcano, going to an amusement park, visiting a zoo, and handling dangerous
snakes! Most importantly, I met Liezel and her family for the first time. In
spite of a guaranteed stressful situation, Liezel and her family made me feel
very welcome with their warm hospitality.
